Permagloss question

Can I sand Permagloss to smooth out like epoxy and recoat without showing sanding marks?

To add, yes you can, but it's very, very hard stuff. Resist the temptation to use very coarse sandpaper as those scratches will indeed be visible. You need to finish up with at least 320 grit, if not 400, so that any sanding marks left are fine enough that they won't show.
