Weaver wanta be. Help!

Ok I’ve got Dale Clemens books, Doc Ski’s weaving video. I’ve tied a name on one pole from the Clemens book. Now I got the Weaving thread loom from Mud Hole. Not much for directions sent with the loom. I can see how it would attach to the pole and has wood inserts to mount on a handle. But that is about all I know. Can someone please explain to me how the heck you use the the damn thing. How to get the threads tied to the pole in the right order. Can someone email me a jpg file of how it is set up. Step by step photos would really make my day. Help of any kind would be very much appreciated. If you e-mail me please put weaving loom in the subject line. It makes life a little easier on this end.

If you look at the pics on the photo page of my looms in action you'll see how to set up your loom, I used to have one of the wooden models like Mudhole now sells, Clemens used to sell the same thing if its the one that willhold 55 threads. Its ok but the spring that holds the threads tends to chew up metallic thread easily so be careful when using metallic.
I use double stick tape over reg masking tape to hold my threads in place till the weave starts. Mark the center of the blank where your weave is going and start putting the threads on , first on the tape then in the appropriate slot on the loom then in the spring to hold it. If I'm doing a 4o thread weave for ex, I'll start with thread 20 in the center and work out from there till all 4o threads are in place. email me with specific questions and I'll try to help
